If you are visiting Oak City Cares, please know that our parking lot has a gated entrance. If you need to arrive before or after the gate is open, you can use the speaker button and state your name and reason for visiting Oak City Cares. This will allow you to enter.

If you are experiencing a life-threatening crisis, please call 911.

Do you need a referral to shelter, street outreach or prevention?

Referrals are currently only available on a walk-in basis at Oak City Cares and Haven House during our opening hours.

Oak City Cares’ Weekday Services are available on a walk-in basis Monday – Friday between 9 am and 5 pm.

Weekend Meals are available on Saturday and Sunday between 9 am and 6 pm.
